Prominent development One Park Avenue by Sobha Group offering 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments located in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. The 24 storeys development comes with its sky garden and smart home technology that makes it one of its only kind in Dubai as it provides the first-time sky garden in the development era.
This building is served by the 35 ton BMU with a hydraulic pantographic cradle but some of the recesses in the building were too deep to be served by the BMU. ASE developed the solution for this by installing C-channel rails to access every corner of the building using a self climbing cradle.
The engineering of the building resulted in design and fabrication of 1500 restraint sockets of 3 different designs. Since 2016, ASE and SCL have worked very closely on multiple projects, cultivating a very close business and fruitful relationship.
