The UAE Muay Thai & Kickboxing Federation, established in May 2017, is the official patron of the Muay Thai & Kickboxing sports in the UAE. The Federation plays a trailblazing role in consolidating the mainstays of sports in a way that greatly contributes to building a society with high awareness of the two sports.
The BMU system for this project is a combination of a MEWP (Mechanical Elevated Work Platform) and fall arrest system installed on the roof of the building. The flexibility of MEWP allows the intricate façade to be cleaned easily from the outside and the roof is maintained by cleaners using simple cleaning poles. However, there is no parapet on the roof so the cleaners are hooked to fall arrest line that allows the workers to clean the roof safely.
