Creek Vistas Grande at Sobha Hartland is a newly launched high-rise development that features luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments by Sobha Group. This exclusive modern class venture is the last tower facing the views of Downtown Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Canal. Set in a metropolitan centre point and encompassed by rich green arranged environmental elements, next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Dubai Creek and many such.
The BMU for this project has a challenge to clears high parapet while having a narrow passage for the double rail track. The jib luffs up to clear the parapet and deploy the cleaners and luffs down in the parking position, completely hiding the machine while it’s not in use. This 40 ton machine works at a height of about 160m.
This machine has a special pivoting mechanism on the telescopic cradle, allowing it to clean a fin feature on the façade.
There was significant engineering for the restraint sockets, resulting in about 1000 sockets, divided into about 3 types. Aesthetic considerations were top priority, in line with the architect’s demands. Since 2016, ASE and SCL have worked very closely on multiple projects, cultivating a very close business and fruitful relationship.
