This is an extensive project with three towers served by a BMU each and the two connecting blocks between the towers being served by self-climbing cradles using davits. Each part of this project presented a unique challenge and the design of all the machines is customized to each individual tower. Tower A machine has an elevated track that was elevated by steel upstands and concrete pedestals. For Tower B and C, the track is completely on steel upstands. Another difference is that in Tower A, a standard 2 man cradle gets the job done whereas in Towers B and C, the presence of recesses meant that pantographic cradles had to be used. The machine weighs 40 Tons and has a GRU capacity of 600kg. The working height of the machine is almost 180m.

Then in the connecting blocks, there are 2 types of davits, the portable davits and parking davits, allowing the self-climbing to be shifted all along the façade as well as being parked on the roof of the blocks.

Engineering for the restraint sockets was also extensive, with the number of sockets exceeding 3000. The façade was very complicated, making more than 10 types of sockets necessary since the architect was very particular in his demands for the aesthetics of the building, no restraint sockets were allowed to protrude beyond the face of the facade. Since 2016, ASE and SCL have worked very closely on multiple projects, cultivating a very close business and fruitful relationship.
